CASSIE & SEAN PARILLA | Owners | Sean and Cassie Parilla are the proud owners of Copperhead Collective, a community-focused small business rooted in Ooltewah. After moving to the area four years ago, they were inspired to invest in something that would serve and connect with the local community. Sean, a retired police officer, and Cassie, a current public school teacher, bring a strong sense of service and dedication to their work as hands-on owners. As a family, Sean and Cassie stay deeply involved in their community. They have two daughters who attend Silverdale Baptist Academy and are active members of Ooltewah Baptist Church. Above all, they value the relationships they’ve built along the way and take great pride in the team they’ve created—because they truly love Team Copperhead.

CRYSTAL LEE | Stylist | My name is Crystal. Originally a South Mississippi native, I've embraced the vibrant community of Chattanooga since 2000. Joining the Copperhead family fills me with excitement, as I bring my passion for hair to life. Since becoming licensed in 2015, I've dedicated myself to perfecting lived-in blondes and exploring innovative cutting and coloring techniques. I am eager to partner with you on your hair journey and help you achieve the stunning look you've always dreamed of!

AMANDA MITCHELL | Stylist | Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2017 and love creating hair that makes people feel confident and beautiful. Behind the chair, I specialize in dimensional color. Anywhere from lived-in balayage and bright blondes to rich coppers. I’m also trained in precision haircutting, so every service is customized to the person in my chair, not just what is trending on Pinterest that week. I’m originally from Atlanta, a loyal fan of the Atlanta Braves and a Jesus lover. When I’m not doing hair, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, at the gym, or deep into some random creative hobby I decided to start that week. Doing hair is both my craft and my creative outlet, and I love helping people leave my chair feeling like the best version of themselves, a friend to talk to, and with probably a little more confidence than when they walked in.

MORGAN CRANDALL | Stylist | Hi, I’m Morgan, a California transplant who ditched the traffic but kept the sarcasm. If there’s music, I’m dancing. If there’s not…still dancing. I love Jesus, my family, and every beautiful soul who sits in my chair. While balayage and lived in looks may be my first love, I have a deep appreciation for all services that help my clients look and feel their best. So, come for the color, but stay for the fun. Whoever you are, I guarantee I cannot wait to have you in my chair.

CAREY FOSTER | Stylist | Licensed since 2009, I began my career in California where I built a full clientele and specialized in color and special occasion styling. Early on, I assisted celebrity hairstylists and Global Redken educators, developing a strong foundation in cutting and styling. Today, I focus on creating consistent, beautiful results—whether you’re maintaining your look or ready for something new. I’m passionate about building genuine connections and making every client feel confident and cared for. I’m grateful to call Chattanooga home and excited to continue growing here with my family and our dog, Woodrow.

RILEY POE | Stylist | Hi, I’m Riley! I’m a hairstylist who loves creating beautiful hair and helping people feel confident in their own skin. I’m passionate about all things hair (except pixie cuts… we’ll leave those to someone else 😉). When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me running, working out, spending time with my three German Shepherds, or chasing down the next Facebook Marketplace deal with my husband. My faith in Jesus is the center of my life, and I’m grateful every day to do what I love while serving the people around me.

EMERSON RATCHFORD | Stylist | Hi, I'm Emerson! I was born and raised in Tennessee, and I'm so grateful to call this place home. My faith in Jesus and my love for community are two or the biggest things that shape who l am - both in life and behind the chair. As a hairstylist, I specialize In blonding and love creating bright, beautiful blondes that feel natural and customized to each guest. I'm also a big fan of layered haircuts - they add so much movement, shape, and personality to a look! My goal is always to help you feel confident, refreshed, and completely yourself when you leave my chair. I would absolutely love to have you in my chair and to be a part of my journey!

CANDICE BEATY | Stylist Assistant | Passionate about beauty and creativity, I am a licensed cosmetologist with a year of professional experience and a lifelong love for doing hair. From experimenting with styles at a young age to now assisting in a salon environment, I’ve always been drawn to helping others feel confident and beautiful. Currently working as a salon assistant, I am continuously learning, growing my skills, and refining my craft with every client and experience. Outside of the salon, I’m a proud dog mom who loves spending time with my pup Maggie, whether it’s going on walks, relaxing at home, or finding new adventures together. My passion for hair and my love for caring for others—both people and pets—shine through in everything I do.
